How a lab simulates and supports

A scenario lab is a structured industrial simulation, not a chatbot.

Each Handle lab takes the few facts that matter (your sector, capital band, timeline, constraints) and runs them through the same doctrine our partners use when evaluating a real mandate. The output is a decision band, written for action rather than for show.

    Inputs you can defend

    Six to eight signals: sector, capital band, scale, origin, timeline, partner posture, and the constraint you're stuck on. No personal data needed at this stage.

    Live diagnosis under doctrine

    The lab maps your inputs against the 5 industrial physics laws and the relevant execution path. As inputs change, the diagnosis re-renders, so you can see which factor is blocking, not just a final score.

    A decision band, not a recommendation

    Output is one of: Convert, Structure, Cultivate, Release. Each comes with the situation, the constraint, and the next move, phrased so a Handle partner can act on it within 48 hours.

What a Handle lab does NOT do

  • · Auto-issue a lab link to the public. Every request is reviewed by a Handle operator first.
  • · Replace a partner conversation. The lab structures the next move; the partner runs it.
  • · Promise outcomes. Every diagnosis is conditional on the inputs you describe.
  • · Capture confidential mandate names. Public labs only show generalised execution patterns.
